Just for fun

Still playing with these fabrics and colors.  So last night I whipped up a little purse.

And....yes I LOVE my flip flops!  Thanks Alisa...your tutorial makes me a happy gal!

So tonight our son is acting as chef.  We have Jamie Oliver's new book and we love it.

The kids get to pick a new recipes out of this cookbook (or cookbook of their choice) and then try it out.  Tonight he is making baked Camembert pasta.  Can I tell you that it smells delicious in here right now!

Thanks Kerri! And Mandy, check out the book, I really think you will enjoy it. I borrowed it from library first (my new thing so that i don't buy EVERY darn book that I see or think that i want) We had it checked out from library and kids had tons of pages tagged for recipes that they wanted to try. So we made a couple of recipes to make sure that Jamie's tastes were refelctive of our own and viola! We now own the book and are thrilled!

Cute! Love that denim edge on it, and the flip flops, I want some!! It seems like I live in my muck boots these days, it is still so rainy and muddy here. Then it will suddenly turn dry and I go barefoot. I don't have flip flops. I want some now! Maybe I could call them mud flops?

Does your son cater? It looks delicious.
